Happy 4th of July. This is not of Independence Hall, but City Hall in Philadelphia. For those that are not familiar with Philly, that’s “William Penn” atop the building. Years ago, there was an ordinance that “no building could be taller that Willy Penn’s hat.” Needless to say, Philadelphia has succumbed to the skyscraper since then.
Inspired by yesterday’s image enhancement, I decided to combine several techniques on this one.
